Calls to our access number are charged at standard landline rate
and may be inclusive in your free or inclusive minutes. Always check
with your mobile network provider. Note: If you do not have free
or inclusive minutes
the call cost per minute
will be higher i.e. 1p/minute to
India + standard call charge from 01 or 02 levied
by your network operator - usually this option is
more expensive and therefore we do not recommend it. The

Can I
use the service ?
These services allow you to
make very cheap
international calls from
your mobile or landline with
no need to set up an
account. The service
operates on a pre-pay basis
and calls are made using the
available credit. Anyone
calling from inside the UK
can use cheap calls to
India service from any
landline or mobile phone;
our access numbers are
generally not available from
overseas. Please remember to
ensure that you have the
bill payer's permission
before using the service.
Simply dial any one of the
access number included in
the confirmation text
message, listen to the
message, enter the full
international number - do
not press send / call again.
You will then be connected.
This service is available from O2, Vodafone, Orange,
T-Mobile, Three and Virgin.
Calls to
our access number
are charged at standard
landline rate and may be
included in your free or
inclusive minutes. Always
check with your mobile
network provider. Note: If you do not have
free or
inclusive minutes
the
call
cost per minute
will be
higher i.e.
0.9p/minute
to India
+ standard call charge from
01 or 02 levied by your network
operator - usually this
option is
more expensive and therefore
we do not recommend it.
The
credit will expire
after 90
days of non-usage.
Example: a £10 + £1 FREE top up gives you
1100 minutes to call India landlines.
If calls
to our access number are
included in your free or
inclusive minutes as part of
your contract, a 10 minute
call to India will cost: 10 pence from your pre-paid
credit + 10 minutes from
your inclusive minutes.
Always check with your
mobile network provider.
Can I use this service
from any UK mobile network ?
This service is available from O2, Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, Three and Virgin.
Top up by text message from any valid UK mobile number. The cost of the top up
is charged to your phone bill or pay-as-you-go credit.
How much
does it cost ?
£10 top-up + £1 FREE credit
(Cost £10). The
credit
will expire after
90
days of non-usage.
Can I top up
my
balance ?
Yes.
Repeat the original top-up
process - that never
changes. If you have - for
example - 25p remaining
credit and you top-up with
another £10 you now have
£10.25 worth of credit to
make calls. Easy!
Are there any
other
charges ?
There are
no daily charges or
connection fee. Credit
expires 90 days from your
last top-up. Please note also that
rates are subject to change
without notice, so please
check our website regularly
or subscribe to our
newsletter to keep up to
date with the latest prices.
Any calls to premium rate
services may be charged at a
much higher rate than those
advertised, please check
with our customer services
before making a call if you
are unsure if your number is
a premium rate service.
Why do I need to
press the
# button ?
Dialling # after the
international number
notifies our system that you
have finished dialling, and
will increase the speed of
connection. If you forget to
press # you will still be
connected. Do not press the
green button (or call
button) after dialling your
international number, as
this will disconnect you
from our service and may
result in your international
call being made directly via
your network provider.
