network rates and will be charged by your mobile service
provider. Text to 67400 will cost you £10.00 plus your standard

•Calls billed per minute, include VAT & apply from the moment of
connection.
•You might be charged by your operator for the call to an access
number even if the destination number is engaged or the call is
not answered. We will only charge you when your call to the
destination number is connected. Please replace the handset
after a short period if the calls are engaged or unanswered.
•Calls to 03 access numbers cost no more than a national rate
call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive
minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
•Credit expires 90 days from the last top-up. Rates are subject
to change without prior notice.
•Virgin media customers can top-up online by PayPal but cannot
top-up via text message. Vodafone customers must only use the
service from the mobile which has been used to buy the
international calling credit.
•Evening & Weekends - 6pm to 8am Mon to Fri, Sat & Sun. Daytime
- 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri.

These services allow you to

your mobile or landline with
no need to set up an
account. The service
operates on a pre-pay basis
and calls are made using the
available credit. Anyone
calling from inside the UK
can use cheap calls to
India service from any
landline or mobile phone;
our access numbers are
generally not available from
overseas. Please remember to

bill payer's permission

the confirmation text
message, listen to the
message, enter the full
international number - do
not press send / call again.
You will then be connected.

Top up by text message from any valid UK mobile number. The cost of the top up

How much
does it cost ?
When
topping up with the text
message method, the text
message request you send for
a top-up will be charged at
your standard mobile
operator's text rate. The
text messages you receive
from us will be charged at £10. The
credit
will expire after
90
days of non-usage.
Can I top up
my
balance ?
Yes.
Repeat the original top-up
process - that never
changes. If you have - for
example - 25p remaining
credit and you top-up with
another £10 you now have
£10.25 worth of credit to
make calls. Easy!
Are there any
other
charges ?

no daily charges or
connection fee. Credit
expires 90 days from your

Why do I need to
press the
# button ?
Dialling # after the
international number
notifies our system that you
have finished dialling, and
will increase the speed of
connection. If you forget to
press # you will still be
connected. Do not press the
green button (or call
button) after dialling your
international number, as
this will disconnect you
from our service and may
result in your international
call being made directly via
your network provider.
What is 'automatic
top-up'
?
WOW automatic top-up is a
feature that allows you to
top-up your account credit
automatically when your
credit runs low. You will
hear a warning message
before the automatic top-up
takes place. You can either
hang up and top-up your
account manually or continue
talking on the phone. If you
choose to stay on the line
when your credit is low,
your mobile network will be
automatically charged with
the initial amount you have

mobile phone it is best to save
an access number and
any number in India,
as one of
your contacts. Create a new entry in your mobile phone book. Enter your
access number. Enter a pause.
All you have to do is place
a pause ('p') between the
access number and
phone number in India
and save it in your contacts.
After entering a complete number it
should look like this:
00845XXXXXXp00XXXXXXXXXX. To call
India using our
cheap access number, simply
select a contact from the phonebook
and talk.
There are different ways of doing this depending on your handset.
For example, Nokia phones,

(star) 3 times. For iPhone
press the "+*#" key and choose the pause option.

of BT, then BT will charge you their advertised rate per minute - mobile and
